Made in Russia and named after legendary Volk Racing TE37 sport rims, our sprockets have borrowed the classic and incredibly robust design of the latter.
As the first step towards our goal we chose the most indestructible alloy of all existing! No other sprocket can boast of в95очат2 (which is more durable than 7075 T6 without compromising the weight of the product). It enabled us to get the weight of 25t sprocket as low as 59 gr. taking into account it is 7 mm thick! Bolt hole was designed so that it doesn't spoil the looks while providing the secure and dependable interfacing with the crank arm. The force on the pedal is more likely to break the most rugged chain, than to bend or snap our sprocket. Its rim was also designed individually to feature stiffness ribs making the sprocket invulnerable to the most severe blows.
Specially CNC'ed sprocket teeth are as thick as possible to ensure the sprocket's long life.
Our TE37 combines exclusive bicycle sprocket design with technology, as we kept in mind the looks of the product while working on its durability!
